Services

Crisis Intervention Services (CI)  Mental health care, available 24 hours a day to provide assistance to individuals experiencing acute mental health dysfunction requiring immediate clinical attention.

Intensive In-Home Services (IIH)  Time-limited interventions designed to stabilize the youth/family situation. Agency staff provides intervention for youth identified as at-risk for out of home placement and youth transitioning to the community from more restrictive levels of care. Services include the development and facilitation of multi-agency treatment teams. Individualized Service Plans may include:

  • Individual/Family Counseling
  • Communication Skill (Problem Solving and Anger Management Skills)
  • Intensive Case Management
  • 24-hour Emergency Response

Mental Health Support Services (MHSS)  Training and support to individuals 18 years and older experiencing mental health conditions who are at-risk for a loss of independent functioning, social and legal problems, hospitalization and isolation.

Parents Apart Co-Parenting Together (PACT) Classes   Four-hour educational seminar that provides an opportunity to view change from the eyes of a child. The primary goal of the class is to increase parental understanding of the effects conflict can have on children and empower parents to work collaboratively in the best interest of their children. The class meets the legal requirements for VA CODE 16.1-278.15 and 20-103 court ordered educational seminar.   Click here for class schedule and registration.

Therapeutic Visitation Services (TV)  Supportive intervention and intensive parent training for families who have been separated due to placement of the child in foster care. The program includes parenting instruction pre and post visitation with implementation of a child-specific parenting skills curriculum.

Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT)  Time-limited interventions in response to social, emotional and behavioral issues that impact students’ ability to succeed in the classroom. The goal is to help students build problem-solving, behavior management, coping and social skills to assist them with long-term success.

Therapeutic Mentoring  Life skills training, character development, conflict resolution and social/independent living skills.
