Intensive In-Home Services (IIH)

Time-limited interventions designed to stabilize the youth/family situation. Agency staff provide time-limited interventions for children and adolescents (ages 21 and under) who are identified as at-risk for out of home placement and youth transitioning home from more restrictive levels of care. Services include the development and facilitation of multi-agency treatment teams. Individual Service Plans may include:

  • Crisis Treatment
  • Individual/Family Counseling
  • Communication Skills (counseling to assist the child and parents to understand and practice appropriate problem solving, anger management and interpersonal interaction)
  • Case Management Activities
  • 24 hour Emergency Response
